Consulting

I practice a limited amount of consulting in addition to my academic work. This takes three forms. First, helping organizations, businesses, and governments globally understand the views individuals hold on politics, public health, and technology, and the behavioural consequences of those views. Second, providing counsel on the dynamics of domestic politics in several countries. Third,  providing expert evidence on legal cases related to election law, elections, and political behaviour.

My clients have included Privy Council Office, Department of Canadian Heritage, McKinsey & Co., Clean Energy Canada, Clean Prosperity Canada, Mozilla Foundation, Elections Canada, Elections British Columbia, Toronto Board of Trade, Digital Public Square (engagements with Global Affairs Canada, United States State Department, Century Initiative), several large pharmaceutical firms (via 19 to 0), the Aga Khan Foundation Canada, and Samara Canada.
